1.1 What is a podcast? 

A podcast can be a blog it can tell you about news, the weather, sport, music and views. Podcast format is MP3 (audio). You can download podcast from internet for free legally.

MP4 is vodcast (video) you can download also for free from internet for e.g YouTube clips are vodcast.You can subscribe vodcast too.

1.2 Basically a Podcast is audio, and a Vodcast is video. If you would like to create a podcast you would need a computer, internet connection, voice recorder, browser, microphone, logic, YouTube, gmail and Google reader. When you are going to have your podcast or vodcast you can share it on  Facebook, Twitter or your blog.  If you want to record a podcast you should have mic and logic program.
